Skye & Naomi Early Bird Registration Deadline
Workshops with the dynamic duo of Skye Humphries and Naomi Uyama is a month away on November 26-28. Early bird registration prices expire this Wednesday, October 27! To get this great deal, a completed registration with payment must be received by the early bird due date. Sending a check postmarked by October 27 will also qualify.
Skye and Naomi will be teaching a variety of classes with great choices for all levels. It is going to be a fantastic weekend! Friday and Sunday workshops will be taking place in Newton Lower Falls, while Saturday workshops and dance will be in Brookline. Adding to the awesomeness of the weekend will be Gordon Webster at Uptown Swing. A weekend not to be missed!

New Session Lindy Hop/Swing Classes in Newton and Boston
Our new 6 week session of Lindy Hop classes started last Sunday and Monday, and as always, it is still possible to join in the 2nd week. Classes for this session include Beginner Swing/Intro to Lindy Hop Level 1 and Lindy Hop Level 2. These classes are offered both on Sunday evenings at the Newton Lower Falls Community Center and on Monday evenings at the Ruggles Baptist Church in Boston.
Also on Sunday in Newton, we have a new class for intermediate to advanced Lindy Hoppers called Understanding Lead/Follow Connection. This class is about dissecting partner connection, expanding your horizons for ever greater possibilities and using connection to add lots of fun stuff to your social dancing. The first class was excellent with everyone working together as we explore the possibilities:-)
So far Sunday classes are looking fairly close to balanced. It was great seeing all the new faces at our Boston location on Monday and we do need leaders, especially in the Level 1 class! If you know anyone who might be interested, please send them along. No problem joining in the second class as we’ll be reviewing.
