One of our favorite things about summer is the opportunity for some outdoor dancing! This Saturday the place to be is in Boston at Community Boating. Boston Swing Central will be hosting a dance and here’s the information:
Swingin’ on the Charles is back! This is what Summer is all about! Dancing outside at sunset, on the banks of the River Charles. This is one of the most magical nights of dancing that we have all year. It just doesn’t get any better than this. A summer classic and definitely a dance you’ll be thinking about next Winter when you’re driving down Storrow on a grey day.
Community Boating has new docks, they’re smooth, level and have more square footage. So if you’ve danced there in the past, you’ll now get to enjoy significantly better dancing conditions.
Date: Saturday, August 18 (check website for possible weather cancellations)
Lesson: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (included in the price of admission)
Dancing: 8:00pm - 11:00pm
General Admission: $12
Students and Seniors: $10 (with Valid ID)
